| Soulslike ARPG AI LIMIT Garnering Great Reviews from Players | ||||||
 Since its launch on March 27, anime-style ARPG AI LIMIT has received ‘very positive’ feedback from 88% of its players on Steam. In just 7 days, CE-Asia’s hit soulslike has amassed more than 3,758 user reviews on the site.Players have been particularly impressed with AI LIMIT’s level design, solid combat feel and exceptional value for money. One reviewer stated that ‘AI LIMIT hits all the notes’ when it comes to ‘atmosphere and visuals’, describing the game as a ‘bargain’ with definite ‘charm’. Another player noted the game’s similarity to Bandai Namco’s ARPG Code Vein, praising AI LIMIT’s ‘unique play style’ that’s both ‘really fun and simple’. Similarly, it came ‘highly recommended’ by a reviewer for those who enjoy ‘Souls-borne games’. Having played over 16 hours at the time, the player complimented how the game is ‘extremely well crafted and put together’. “The game really surprised me! Despite its lower budget (you can tell that it is made by a smaller team), you can really feel the love and passion of the developers in every aspect of the game. The anime-inspired cell-shaded art style [...] suits the game’s vibe perfectly, making it feel melancholic and abandoned. Plus, the atmospheric music and sound design add a great touch to every area, really calm and chilling at times,” said a positive Steam review. AI LIMIT has seen similar praise from users on MetaCritic, with many players awarding it a perfect 10/10 score for its fresh take on the classic souls-like genre. A review from LogosRiding on the platform described the game as ‘a good soulslike with a cool atmosphere, beautiful art design [and] good level design’. Likewise, user Davidhenry93 felt that it was ‘a one of a kind souls like game with a really good story and really well done world’. Driven by overwhelmingly positive reviews, the concurrent players for AI LIMIT have continued to rise in the days following its release.
